Steve Zerbel served with the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in both the Architectural/Engineering and REO disciplines. As such, he has been responsible for numerous housing developments, renovation programs, inspections, estimates and REO asset analysis and sales.
Zerbel also served as Director of Housing Services for a major Architectural Firm and is President of a General Contracting firm.
