Prior to forming Zerbel & Associates, the principle Steve Zerbel, was on the HUD staff in the A/E Branch and performed the same work we are doing now as an independent third-party consultant for MAP and LEAN mortgagees.
We have been in business since 1995 and have completed numerous projects nationwide for a variety of leading mortgage lenders.
